DESKS

The first floor of Dockyard is home to 6 studio pods each containing 4 single desks. Desks are available from £110 per month; double desks £200; entire studio pods £400, and we also offer 10% discount for 6 month upfront payments. Our contracts are monthly rolling contracts, meaning there's no need to renew after each month and both tenant and landlord need to give 30 days notice for cancellation.
