STUDIOS

Dockyard offers a variety of different sized studios all designed to be rented out as a blank canvas for you to personalise and make your own. Prices start from £200 for smaller personal studios and can range up to £600 for larger studios that can comfortably accommodate small classes and workshops. Our contracts are monthly rolling contracts, meaning there's no need to renew after each month and both tenant and landlord need to give 30 days notice for cancellation.
